Well our travels by boat have come to a bobbling standstill. We moved down to Torpoint under sail to a swinging mooring and have endured 45knots of wind in the dinghy to get to work (its not an easy excuse for being late ). There are more liveaboards down here a historian at Morwelham Quay, a nurse at Derriford and plenty in the Marina. They have given us further hope and encouragement. The nurse claimed that Lyme Bay has been one of their worst sails too! After a busy three weeks of trying to replenish the bank balance and Mike jetting off to America to see our friends get married we have enjoyed a few family days. Getting to see family and friends on this trip had been a highlight. We have used the car to continue our tour. Monday saw us visit Mylor harbour and family, its only taken us 2 years from our Day Skipper course to get back and look around and yet again it was easterlies! Today saw us on Cawsand for a beautiful beach day with more family and a new friend made. The children are bathed and finishing tea ready for bed looking suitably beached! Thank you all again you are all a source of such love and encouragement to us.
