Last night we motored out and found a lovely anchorage under the Hoe to watch the fireworks, there was a fabulous bonfire next to the old lighthouse. Very picturesque! (Nothing comes close to the national championships we saw here last summer)
We continue to find friendly people and have met some lovely liveaboards, learning a lot about life in Trinidad. Rekindled friendships with those we met last year who showed us how wonderful life is down here. And some 'old, old' friends ;)
The area is gorgeous such lovely views and walks on our doorstep. The national marine aquarium puts every other one to shame that we have been to. For less than £50 + gift aid for a family ticket we can go as many times as we like this year.
We visited the Eden Project for the first time in a couple of years for their Spooky Ball and had a ball! The children loved the atmosphere, the reptiles and collecting the magic water by following their treasure map :) We are truly blessed living here:)
Home educating is becoming easier as we all have clearer minds and focus on the important things in life. I am working regular Nights rather than swapping them each week which means planning is a lot easier and home baking has made a welcome return.
We have found what we were looking for time together :)
Much love to you all xxxxx
