We have sanded and painted the pulpit and traveller horse for the jib. Scraped the bubbles off under the water area, we aren't entirely sure why the Epoxy Primer undercoat didn't adhere but there are remnants a red paint or antifoul in those areas. Little jobs being ticked off while we wait for our engine to arrive.
Family time saw us enjoy a smugglers day at Mount Edgecombe on Sunday (mist and damp surrounded it yet again) Mia tried a kangaroo pasty and enjoyed it and Imogen was less than impressed when she had to vacate the merry go round! After some boat work in the morning on Monday we ventured back to Cawsand where Mia and I went for our first sea swims of the year not a wetsuit in sight :-) Jacob, Imogen and Mike watched on ankle deep in the freezing water. Eagle eyed Mia spotted a Jellyfish in the sea.
And then work calls and we are all back down to earth with a bump!
